Builder’s Guide

This is a general builder’s guide for everything we offer, from full kits and installs to individual parts and tarps. Text us for a quote or assistance at 386-343-9419.

What do we want to cover?

Canopy Kits

These kits come with 1 3/8″ galvanized steel frame, roof tarp, bungees, and legs- anchoring kits sold separately, see below. We carry gunmetal black (silver) 12mm heavy duty tarp (great for UV protection) as well as white tarp in most sizes.

Sidewalls

Sidewalls will enclose your structure on the long sides. They are sold separately; see the Tarp pricing guide.

Anchoring

We also offer our galvanized steel, heavy duty anchors and feet for $7 apiece to secure your investment. There are other ways of anchoring them down, but ours will get the job done reliably. We recommend purchasing the anchors for soft ground, gravel, etc, and the feet for securing into concrete, and we highly recommend anchoring down down ALL LEGS.

Installation

We offer our professional installation services by appointment in Volusia, Lake and Orange Counties within range where applicable.

Installation services within 30 miles of Deland are priced at $200 with 6ft or 7ft legs, and $300 with 10ft legs. This package includes anchors/feet depending on the type of ground you are installing the canopy on as well as tiedowns.

Installations outside of this range may be subject to extra fees– please text us at 368-343-9419 with your order and address so we can quote you. Pictures of the area you’d like it installed in are also helpful, so we can help fit a canopy to your sizing needs.

Individual Tarps

Our 12mm heavy duty tarps come in gunmetal grey/black (silver) for maximum UV protection, or in white for maximum visibility for most sizes (may need to special order the white tarp option). Whether it’s a replacement tarp, side wall, or custom order tarp, we have many different options to suit your needs.

These tarps may take a few days to come in as a special order that we usually don’t carry in stock- we may require a down payment up front to procure.

Valence Tarps

Valence tarps are roof tarps that drop a few inches down the side of your canopy to make sure no rain at all makes it into your structure.

End Tarps

These tarps are for the end (width) of your tent to include the peak and enclose the canopy. They do not include all leg lengths and sizes- a 10×20 end tarp will fit on a 10×10, 10×20, and 10×40.

A 20×20 end tarp will fit on any canopy that’s 18×20, 18×30, and 18×40.

The end tarps we offer will go 6ft down to the ground, making them ideal for builds with 6ft legs.

Parts, Pipe and Custom Buildouts

We also offer the individual parts to replace any part of your canopy and allow for custom builds if you’d like.

3-way and 4-way joints are where three or four pipes come together. You’re free to modify your canopy and pipe any way you’d like- for example, some people like to purchase extra pipe and boulevards (where the extra pipe connects to the legs) to create crossbars between the legs for added structural integrity.
